Toronto, ON - The Pilot Agency is proud to have numerous artists involved in both NXNE & COCA 2010. Pilot launches into NXNE by co-hosting a patio party at The Spoke Club (600 King St W) with XM Radio, Carlsberg & Jagermeister. Pilot artists Songs From A Room and Whale Tooth will perform along with other top emerging Canadian talent. XM will be taping the performances for broadcast at a later date.
Whale Tooth will make a second appearance during NXNE performing at The Rivoli (332 Queen St W) as part of TMKO's 10th Anniversary Showcase. "I think it's fantastic to have Whale Tooth on the bill and we are very excited to have Chris Taylor and Pat Leyland supporting the band." Whale Tooth will be joined by recent-Juno noms Carmen & Camille. On Saturday evening, Songs From A Room will hit the Bovine stage at 9PM previewing new songs before embarking on select festival dates this Summer followed by a trip into the studio to record their first full-length album tentatively schedule for a Fall release.
The following week in London, Ontario Pilot comes to COCA 2010 (Canadian Organization of Campus Activities). Whale Tooth will kick off the party showcasing the first night followed by Billy The Kid & Rex Goudie at the Singer/Songwriter BBQ. Billy The Kid & Rex will both grace the stage at The Black Shire later that evening to formally launch Billy's "Throw Out The Maps" Summer Tour.
